Our Policy: A deposit of one night or one-half of the total amount (whichever is larger) is required. This can be secured with your credit card number.
Cancellation 10 days prior to reservation for refund less $20. No refund if canceled less than ten days in advance, unless the accommodation can be re-booked.)

| What about children? | Children are more than welcome in either cottage. |
| Are the accommodations private? | Cottages & cabin are secluded well away from each other. The Treehouse B&B suite is the top floor of the Bluffhouse (our residence).. |
| May we bring our pet (dog or cat)? | Yes, in cottages & cabins with some restrictions: 1) Pets must be well mannered and stay off beds and furniture, 2) they can't be left alone indoors (unless crated), 3) two-pet maximum. We have resident pets on the farm. |
| May I bring my horse(s)? | Yes, horse pens are available at cottages and cabin. |
| What about smoking? | Outside and on decks and porches only please. |
| Are canoes available? ...Bikes? | Yes, canoes and a rowboat await your use at the river. Bring your own bikes. Or we have a few for guests use. |
| Can we fish, swim, explore? | Sure, the Gasconade River is a noted small mouth bass stream. Bring your fishing gear and swimming trunks. |

| What should I bring? | Your personal recreational gear. A good book, or select from our library. Everything else is here! |
| What sorts of folks enjoy Rock Eddy Bluff Farm? Guest Comments | All types! However, we have found an abundance of these folks: adventurous people, nature lovers, fishermen, those seeking peaceful relaxation, and those who want to escape the usual crowded tourist haunts. |
