Rates are based on one/two people, plus tax (Includes breakfast and all other amenities.)*
* For one or two adults. Additional guests $15/day, $75/week. (No charge for children younger than 8). One-time pet charge of $25. * Two-day minimum stay in cottages and cabins. (Three-day min. on major holiday weekends.) ** Weekly rates provide for a free final day. Week-long stays can begin any day except Saturday.
As a small country business we depend on guaranteed reservations. Please follow these cancellation policies
Our Policy: Cancellations occurring more than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged only a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations occurring 14 or fewer days before arrival will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
Charges are secured with the credit card information on file.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL you must call 573-759-6081. We must acknowledge the cancellation. Email cancellations are not acceptable unless you receive a reply from us.
